"Just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU to you and all the staff at Pure Kauai. What a terrific vacation we had and many thanks to each and everyone. Mary - you have been so very pleasant to work with and we made it thru all the numbers with patience. Jason Bartenbach, our concierge, did such a great job working with us on our itinerary which worked out beautifully. He listened well to what we had researched and wanted to do and laid it all out in an action packed schedule allowing us to take in so much of your beautiful Island. His followup throughout the week was appreciated. Peter responded to our one concern and was so pleasant. Phil Jones was helpful with our reservation and worked well with us. Our travel agent was also very impressed with all she had been in contact with! Lastly the house was really ideal for our family of 13 - everything about it was wonderful from the lay out, pool, hot tub and location. You never know what you're renting until you arrive and this whole experience exceeded our expectations!! Pure Kauai is top notch but it's truly all of you people that make it so! We thank you and you'll be our first call when we return."
