Palama Huna Hale is located directly above a semi-private spectacular beach, on two fenced and gated acres with 300 feet of ocean frontage. Watch the migration of the whales, the dolphins dancing on the water and the turtles basking in the sun, or just relax to the sound of the surf in one of the many stunning sitting areas around the property.
Palama Huna Hale is air-conditioned, sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two powder rooms. The master suite has a Cal. King, the two other masters have standard kings, the last two bedrooms have one queen, and the other has two twins. Each of the three masters have large flat screen TV’s,there is a large flat screen in the family area of the kitchen, and there is a 60” flat screen in the media area for enjoying movies. There is WI-FI throughout the house as well as music with individual controls. In a separate building, there is a great gym with a beautiful mountain view. This area can sleep an additional two in the queen size fold out, there is also a full bath, W/D, flat screen TV and kitchenette. Upstairs from this is The Tiki bar with a 4’ x 8 ½’ pool table, and two flat screen TV’s.
Palama Huna Hale is a single story magnificent contemporary plantation style home, designed for entertaining and family comfort. The master bedroom features a majestic view of the ocean right from the bed, has it’s own private lanai, exquisite bathroom that features a large shower/steam, a therapeutic bath tub with light therapy, his and her sinks, beautiful marble floors, walls and counters.
The other two king bed suites are located over the pool area and the two other guest rooms are perfect for accommodating children, your nanny or friends you may want to bring along for the fun.
There are two powder rooms, one at the front entrance and one located near the incredible outdoor kitchen/living area that also features it’s own TV for watching the Sunday morning games as you have your coffee.
At Palama Huna Hale, it doesn’t matter if you a rainy day rolls through because you'll love hanging out in the outdoor kitchen/living area with it’s fully built in, out-door kitchen and living space, including TV, dishwasher and refrigerator. Turn the corner for a 100-foot covered and beautifully furnished lanai, the lanai includes an outdoor-dining table that seats 10 for casual or formal meals, along with living room style seating.
Along the edges of the property you will find a fire pit, great for cool evenings ona full moon plus numerous private sitting areas for whale watching or meditation.
